The custom code, design and content we produce for your project transfer to you at handover. Reusable components and tooling we bring to every engagement stay ours, and you receive a perpetual licence to keep using them as part of your build. Your content and your business data are yours throughout.
Ask and we hand over the repository, the deployment configuration, the database and the accounts we hold for you. There is no exit fee, and we stay reachable long enough for your next developer to ask questions. We build on widely used technology so another developer can read the code.
We ask for access only where the work requires it, and your data stays in the systems we build for you. Where a project includes AI features, the scope names which provider processes what, and whether any data would leave Australia. We do not feed your customer data into a model to improve it, and we do not reuse one client's material for another.
Yes, on request. Many of our clients prefer that their build is not discussed publicly, so we do not publish client names, logos or results we cannot evidence. Ask for examples relevant to what you are building and we will walk you through them on a call.
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or conversions, and our terms say so. We do not buy links, publish results we cannot evidence, or take on work we cannot staff properly.
